Braeside Joinery has delivered yet another exceptional project, striking the perfect balance between entertainment and connection. Every detail, from the kitchen to the bathroom, showcases bold yet timeless design, with meticulous craftsmanship that leaves a lasting impression. The project faced a unique challenge, working within the constraints of a heritage-listed building and its surrounding properties. Despite these limitations, Braeside Joinery expertly maximised the space, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

The kitchen is a masterpiece of natural materials and refined finishes, designed to be a space you’ll never want to leave. Solid timber benchtops and veneers bring warmth and texture, while the generously sized island, seating up to eight guests, enhances the open-plan layout. The striking black cabinetry contrasts beautifully with the timber, and integrated LED lighting adds a sleek, modern touch.

This harmony of materials continues into the bathroom, where a stunning floating vanity takes centre stage. Thoughtfully designed with ample storage, it maintains a clean and uncluttered aesthetic. The rich timber elements soften the bright, neutral palette, infusing the space with warmth and tranquility.
